Quiet room, walking distance to train/bus station. Helpful staff especially with cancellation of flights due to the volcano.
Small shower with shower curtain sticking to my body during shower.

Charming little hotel with a great location, just a quick walk from the train station and the Duomo. Enjoyed the cozy family room, perfect size for my group. Having a balcony offered nice street views. The staff were helpful. They provided us with maps and great recommendations for local eateries. While breakfast was conveniently available for €8, the noise from the nearby street could be disruptive, especially at night. We often resorted to taking the stairs, which could be tiring after long days. The bathroom could have used some updates, too. It was a pleasant stay with some quirks.

Great place with free wi-fi, air conditioning, and a bar lounge area. The staff even helped me find great food on my first stay. I highly recommend trying their in-room breakfast! I'm definitely coming back for a city break.

Location superb right across from railway station three minute walk away. Excellent host in Fransesca for whom nothing was too much. Very good ambience and facilities. Family type of environment. The third floor location may be a bit of a struggle for suitcase heavy visitors as the lift is very, very small. We'd be back there in a flash if visiting Florence again.

We were welcomed by Francesca after a terrible train trip from Rome and our mood was lifted immediately! She is an excellent hostess; providing us with a map and the lowdown on what to see, what to skip, and most importantly where to eat!. Molto bene, grazie!
Walls and floors were a bit thin but not unbearable.

Had good stay in our vacation. Nicely decorated units with a great continental buffet breakfast and tea or coffee, and the staff were highly courteous. The location was absolutely perfect and nice, next to the Chinese restaurant, in the secure area.

The location was ideal and incredible, really close to the central train station, Florence for 2 nights, and the Mercato Centrale. Furthermore, so close to everything. Loved tastefully decorated family king room with working facilities, felt like we were home.
